What happens if I move? +
If you move within our service coverage, your SolarSesame Service Subscription can move with you—anywhere in California—so your service continues without interruption.
Can I cancel my membership? +
Yes, you can cancel at any time. If no services have been used during your term, there's no penalty. If services were already performed under a qualifying plan, you'll simply cover any remaining annual balance or the standard service rate for completed work (like panel cleaning or tune-ups).
Do you help with warranty claims? +
Yes! We assist with warranty claims for all equipment, whether it's covered by manufacturer warranties or your original installer's warranty. We'll handle the paperwork and coordination.
